Instructions
Before Fall break, you spent time in class working on a Four Year
plan. For the remainder of class today you will discuss and add to
your current plan with the help of your partner.
To ensure that a discussion takes place, you should record a short
response (1-2 sentences) to the following three questions:
- What is the major(s) that your partner is planning? Have they
included all of the required courses in appropriate semesters?
- How did your partner go about choosing classes outside of their
major(s)?
- What suggestions do you have for your partner as they finish up
their plan?
Submit your responses to these three questions via P-web to receive
credit for this activity.
If you have any extra time, Iād encourage you to discuss the
following question:
- With your career goals in mind, what opportunities (outside of
course selections) are you thinking about pursuing while at Grinnell?
Are you hoping to have an internship? Or participate in an Research Experience for
Undergraduates (REU)? Would you consider doing a Mentored
Advanced Project (MAP) with a Grinnell faculty member?
