Directions

  1. Make sure you’ve thoroughly read each project description.
  2. Re-read the notes you and your team made regarding the business and data understanding aspects of each project.
  3. Follow the guidelines described in section below (titled: project reflections) to write a paragraph for each project.
  4. Rank the four projects from 1 (most preferred) to 4 (least preferred). Write one paragraph (4-8 sentences) arguing for your preferences.
  5. Indicate (yes or no) whether you’d be open to working a group of two. You may provide a 1-3 sentence explanation if desired.
  6. This step is optional. Add a brief paragraph explaining any partner preferences you might have. In particular, I’d to avoid pairing people who might not get along. I’m also interested forming cohesive teams, so you can take this as opportunity to let me know who you’d be excited to work with. Please give this serious consideration, as you will be spending a substantial amount of time with your team this semester and many assignments will be graded at the group level.
  7. Copy-paste/append your business and data understand notes to the end of your document, then submit it via P-web by midnight on Wed 2/1.
